In partnership with Woodhouse Agency, developed a Social Media Strategy and Editorial Approach to engage the community, increase the size of Followers and Likes to encourage and facilitate brand advocates to share their stories. Within six months, the Facebook Community grew by 65% and the Twitter community grew by over 50%. Proactive Conversations resulted in an additional 500K impressions per month and secured trial of the product from celebrities. Using targeted Social Media Advertising, post impressions reached seven million per month. And clicks to the Mederma website from Social Media outlets went from a few hundred a month to thousands, resulting in a signifigant increase in coupon downloads.
